Two ways to Phocas
We have every confidence you will love Phocas from the moment you start using it – just take a look at what our customers have to say about it and you’ll see why. However, we know that signing on any dotted line and writing a large cheque is a big step. That’s why we only ask you to write a small one.
The Direct Subscription Model
This is the way we prefer to do business. Take a look, see what you think.
- We ask you for a minimal capital investment to cover the implementation of your software, and a small amount for training, which takes just a few hours.
- This is followed by affordable monthly payments which covers everything, including

- Upgrades
- Account Management
- There’s no minimum spend – you can have one seat if you wish (but it’ll take longer to see your ROI!)
- There’s a six-month minimum initial commitment, after which you can:
- cancel at any time without penalty (3 months’ notice required)
- upgrade or downgrade users without penalty
Buy from an approved seller
We have approved resellers who can provide you with your Phocas software via the Subscription model.
We supply all our resellers with recommended pricing and they will handle all support, account management, upgrades and training. You’ll have no direct contract with Phocas.

How much does Phocas cost?
Phocas is surprisingly affordable, mainly thanks to our subscription model. After a minimal implementation fee, all you pay is a monthly rental that includes all training, support, upgrades and account management.

Can I add or remove users?
Of course. If you’re on a subscription model you can add or remove users without penalty after the initial six month period. One month’s notice is required and new users will be charged at the current rate.
If you have purchased your software outright, you can add or remove users at will. However, please note that there is no refund for removing users and that new users will be charged at the current rate.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. If you’re on the subscription model, you can cancel at any time after the initial six month period, for any reason, without penalty. All we ask is that you give us three months’ notice.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. All our costs are outlined upfront. In particular, our subscription model is all inclusive – with monthly prices including upgrades, technical support, account management and initial training.
