    What to expect from BI reporting

    Gone are the days spending hours generating reports that immediately lead to more questions. What BI reporting can tell you is the 'why' because you can slice or dice the information presented. Business Intelligence reporting can marry the sales data to other outside data through a common dimension, like time.

    With BI Reporting you can also take a look at how the reps perform this month vs last month in sales. You then break that down by product groups to find the lines they aren't selling. Then you change the measure to be gross profit instead of sales value to obtain another perspective about their performance.

    “End users can safely use the data and explore areas that they are interested in.

    Jurox has 35 BI reporting users across the business. This includes management, sales and marketing managers, sales representatives, portfolio managers for companion animals and production animals, and one user in the
    R&D team—a generic user who accesses pharmaceutical industry data. Users can view data in many ways and save different information to their favourites.

    People don’t need to request a new report when they want to compare what they see with something new or to answer their questions. They can do it themselves by building their own queries. Sales managers can review monthly sales across territories, or sale reps can access specific activity like monthly veterinary sales by postcode for a specific medicine.

    The greater the accuracy, the comprehensiveness and speed of accessing BI reporting and information, the better the decisions will be about and for the business.
