Budgets & Forecasts
After the fireside chat, we’ll split into two groups. Beginners get a practical intro to B&F in Phocas; advanced users dive into three-statement budgeting, headcount planning, and allocations. Interactive and hands-on throughout.
Learning circles
Peer-led small group discussions on topics voted on during the morning break via Mentimeter. Groups self-select and are facilitated (not led) by Phocas staff. Closes with a 5-minute share-back from each group. Topics based on what the room cares about most — e.g. closing the month faster, board-ready reporting, budgeting without spreadsheet chaos.
