Phocas Community Learning Circle: Reforecasting
Count every second until the event
Honest conversation for when conditions change
When trading conditions shift during the year, how do you reset? Who’s involved, what changes first, and how do you bring leadership along with you?
This is the question we’re putting to the room at our first Phocas Community Learning Circle, a new virtual event series designed to connect Phocas users for honest, practical peer conversation.
This is a structured discussion with people who are working through the same challenges you are.
How it works
You’ll join a facilitated online session with other Phocas users. After a short introduction, you’ll break into small groups to work through a real reforecasting challenge — sharing how your business approaches it, what’s worked, and what hasn’t. Groups then come back together to share their thinking with the room.
It’s built around the principle that the best insights in the room often come from each other.
This session is for you if…
- You’re responsible for budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning at your organisation
- You’ve had to revise a forecast mid-year and want to compare notes with peers
- You want to connect with other Phocas users
