This Phocas “Customer referral program” is open to existing Phocas Software customers only. Buying groups, partners or organizations that already have an existing commercial agreement in place with Phocas Software are unable to participate.

Employees, contractors and directors of Phocas Software and its related bodies are not eligible to participate.

To make a referral, you must complete the referral form above. By submitting the form, you confirm that you have your contact's permission for their contact and business details to be shared with Phocas Software or otherwise reasonably believe they would expect and welcome this introduction.

Referral submissions will be reviewed by the Phocas Software team. If your referral (or a representative from their company) is already in active conversations with Phocas Software, is an existing customer, or cannot be contacted within 1 month of the form submission date, the referral will not qualify for a reward and you will be notified via email. Phocas Software reserves the right to reject any referral that it reasonably believes does not comply with these Terms and Phocas Software’s decision is final.

If duplicate referral contact details are received, only the first submission will qualify for a reward.

Qualifying referrals will receive a personal introduction from a member of the Phocas Software team, identifying you as the referrer. Their details will not be added to any marketing mailing lists or marketing automation unless they separately choose to opt in.

Reward #1: You will receive a $100 USD reward when your contact (or a representative from their company directly as a result of your referral) attends an introductory face-to-face meeting (virtual or in-person) with the Phocas Software team within 3 months of the form submission date. Meetings that are subsequently cancelled will not qualify for a reward unless the contact rebooks and attends within the 3-month deadline.

Reward #2: You will receive a further $1000 USD reward if your contact (or a representative from their company directly as a result of your referral) signs a 12-month contract with Phocas Software before 30th June 2027.

Rewards are processed by our third-party partner, who will collect the information necessary to deliver your reward and, where required by law, to report payments to tax authorities. All rewards are issued in USD; the value received in your local currency may vary depending on exchange rates at the time of issue.

Tax treatment of referral rewards may vary depending on your location and local regulations. Referral rewards may be considered taxable income under applicable law, and you may be required to declare them to your local tax authority. Where required by applicable law, Phocas Software or its reward fulfilment provider may collect additional tax information and report referral payments to relevant tax authorities. We recommend consulting a tax adviser if you are unsure how this applies to you.

There is no limit on the number of referrals you can submit, subject to program availability. Phocas Software reserves the right to modify or close this program at any time. Any referrals already submitted and in progress at the time of closure will be honoured as per the conditions of the program.

Rewards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Any attempt to fraudulently submit referrals — including self-referrals or fictitious contacts — will result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any pending rewards.

Data for referrals that don't result in a qualifying meeting will be deleted after 4 months of being submitted.

Personal data submitted via the referral form will be handled in accordance with the Phocas Software Privacy policy. By recommending a contact and submitting this form, you confirm your understanding of and agreement to these terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
