Phocas rates 50/50 in Capterra's top data analysis tools of 2021

Phocas received a perfect 50/50 score from customers in the newly released Data Analysis Shortlist Software Report by Capterra, a free online service that helps organizations find the right software.

The Capterra Shortlist is a proprietary research report made up of the top-performing software products based on the software’s popularity among its customers and ratings and reviews. Capterra uses exclusive data and trusted reviews from verified software users to build its shortlists, so buyers can confidently build their own criteria. Phocas is ranked as an emerging favorite in this report meaning we rate highly in satisfaction but are perhaps not as well known as some other products. Capterra uses its own own search methodology to classify products based on average monthly search volume for a standardized set of keywords for each product, as well as the position of the vendor’s domain on the search engine results page (SERP) for each keyword.

"The Phocas data analysis tool is created for manufacturers, distributors and retailers so by addressing the data issues of these niche markets, it's unlikely that we’d have the highest web search ranking but to achieve the perfect review score from users is what matters to us,” explains Myles.
