About 300 users across sales, marketing and finance rely on Phocas daily — using the analytics platform to identify portfolio gaps and lapsed purchases, the rebates platform to manage customer and supplier rebates, and the budgeting and forecasting tools to move New Zealand and, more recently, Australia away from spreadsheet-based planning.Coogan says Phocas's intuitiveness has let team members who don't typically use data or BI tools access information confidently, helping the business act faster and more proactively with customers rather than waiting for end-of-month reporting.
