Phocas Software named Epicor's Partner of the Year at Insights 2026

Phocas Software was named Epicor's Partner of the Year at Epicor Insights 2026. We were recognized for our commitment, performance and distinguished partnership.

The award, presented in Nashville, reflects the strength of our relationship built on purpose-built technology for the make, move and sell industries as well as a shared focus on customer outcomes. More than 850 distributors and manufacturers use The EDA Suite powered by Phocas every day.

Phocas connects with all Epicor ERPs, giving business people the ability to analyze data, manage rebates, build budgets and forecasts and create dynamic custom financial reports. These tasks are all done in on one smart platform designed to make it easier to plan and run wholesale and manufacturing businesses day-to-day.

What's new at Insights 2026

This year's event is also a chance for Epicor customers to go home with new ways to get more from their data.

Phocas is showcasing its brand-new Sales Insights tool at Insights 2026 that is built on the recency, frequency and monetary (RFM) segmentation model. Sales Insights automatically groups customers by buying behavior, so sales reps can spot churn before it happens and invest their time where it pays off most.

The team is also presenting new use cases across all the established products in the EDA Suite, giving attendees practical ideas they can take straight back to the business.
