Hardware supplier monitors financial performance daily

Michelle Casey-Soyars, the finance controller at Spokane Hardware Supply uses Infor FACTS as the company’s ERP. Before implementing Phocas, it took Michelle an hour to export data to build a preliminary financial report which then needed further manual work.

Now Michelle can review the company’s financial information every morning directly in Phocas. Phocas has changed her working day because she can trust the data. If anything looks unusual, she drills into the number on the fly, identifies the general ledger account and finds the source of variance.
